INPRA Membership Levels and Requirements
Download the application and email the completed form and requested documents to Members@Indianapra.org to begin the vetting process. Please allow up to two weeks for final application approval.

Agency Membership - $500.00 year
Applicants must have atleast 25% ownership and have permission to enter into contracts. All applications will undergo a background check, vehicle inspection, and a lot verification.

Picture of Main Facility with copy of valid lot inspection (for verification)
Pictures of Tow Trucks / Rollbacks that are used for repossessions and transporting. Pictures to include, Logo, DOT numbers, and License Plates
Owner’s Certificate of Training for one of the following Compliance companies:
(CCRS, RISC, CARS, RSIG, MPRS, other please list
Minimum Insurance Requirements
General Liability:
$1m per occurrence
Wrongful Repossession:
$1m per occurrence
Auto Liability:
$1m per occurrence
Including Drive Away coverage
On Hook / Cargo:
$100,000
Garage Keepers Direct Primary:
$350,000
Employee Dishonesty / Crime Policy:
$1m
Insurance Carrier Financial Rating:
A.M Best rating of “A” or better
INPRA Listed as certificate holder
Valid Workers Comp Certificate
Agent Membership - $50.00 year
Applicants must be currently employed by a Repossession Company in good standing with INPRA or be sponsored by a Repossession Company in good standing with INPRA

Letter of recommendation from the agent’s current employer, or a voting member of INPRA
Background check for 5 years or more
MVR of 3 years or more
Current Certificate of Training from one of the following companies:
